Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Present and explain insurance policies in a clear and professional manner, ensuring clients understand terms, benefits, and costs.
• Prepare and process applications accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and assisting with policy changes or renewals.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements to provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
